CONCEALED HANDGUN CARRY CLASS Combined with

NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION (NRA)

BASIC PISTOL CLASS:

Course is designed for the beginner/novice gun handler.  Class includes NRA basic pistol instruction (safety-handling-cleaning).  NRA Certificate will be awarded upon completion of  written and range shooting tests.  Course also includes Arkansas Concealed Handgun Carry and requirements for Missouri Concealed Handgun Licensing to assist you in obtaining your Arkansas or Missouri Concealed Carry License.  You will learn all the laws pertaining to carrying a concealed handgun, requirements and documentation needed to obtain your license. Students will be required to bring a qualifying firearm, or rent firearms from us (see firearm rentals) 80 rounds of ammunition, ear & eye protection.  STUDENTS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE, NO FELONY CHARGES, NO ADDICTIONS, ETC.

Course Fee:  $145 per person

($50 deposit required to hold space in class)

NEXT CLASS:

CHECK IN STARTING AT 7:30 am

MAY 19 & 20, 2012

This is a day and half class.  Class starts at 8 am Saturday ending 5 pm

and resumes Sunday at 1:00 pm until completion.

Not comfortable in a group?  Individual instruction with a base rate of $500 for maximum of two students. 

STUDENTS NEED TO PRE-REGISTER FOR THIS COURSE TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE. THIS WILL ALLOW TIME TO STUDY THE NRA GUIDE, AS THERE WILL BE A REQUIRED TEST FOR CERTIFICATION.

ARKANSAS

CONCEALED HANDGUN CARRY CLASS:

You will learn all the laws pertaining to carrying a concealed handgun, along with requirements and documentation needed to obtain your license. Course is designed for those who are knowledgeable about their firearm; loading & unloading, cleaning, and are proficient with their shooting skills.  You  must complete a written test along with a range test.  Students will be required to bring a qualifying firearm along with 50 rounds of ammunition or rent your firearms from us, which includes ammunition (see firearms rental).  Bring  your own ear & eye protection, if you do not have these items, we sell them.  STUDENTS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE, NO FELONY CHARGES, NO ADDICTIONS, ETC.

Course Fee:  $99 per person

($50 deposit required to hold space in class)

You can renew your license 90 days prior to the expiration date.

RENEWAL FEE:  $25.00 + $60.00 TO Arkansas State Police

(good for additional 5 years)

Call to schedule a time.  You will need to bring your firearm, ammunition, eye & ear protection, along with your current License. This will take approximately 30 minutes to one hour.

MISSOURI RENEWAL OF LICENSE:

Please contact the Sheriff's Office of the County that you reside in.

Intermediate shooting classes are a good follow up class to the NRA Basic Pistol course and concealed handgun carry classes.  Range instruction includes holster preparation, drawing & holstering techniques, all four phases of walk shooting, along with multiple body position shooting and women purse shooting.

PRIVATE CLASSES:      Course Fee:  $45 per hour
